This is how authors expect their lists to look: Revise any tables into plain-text or image. Best practice is to eliminate all tables in order to ensure the best possible reader experience. They do, but the potential for alignment errors is extremely high, especially when a table is more than two columns wide. ETA: It's not strictly true that tables will not render. Also bear in mind that many e-reader devices only render in black and white. If all else fails, consider saving the table as an image file, but bear in mind that images (other than cover art) must never be wider than 350px. Any information delivered in table form must be revised into a plain-text format. In EPUB and MOBI formats, tables will not render.
